Changes and habits take time to create. We are only human. When we try a new habit or routine we often fail and give up.
Change happens when we are consistent. Don’t give up if you miss one day or a week of a new habit. Just keep going. Perfectionism causes procrastination, fear and doubt.
Remember, it is not about being perfect. 80-90% is success. 80-90% is consistency. It’s where the magic happens. Where change happens.
Waking up at 5am enables me to build the life I want (and deserve). In the beginning, I didn’t succeed in getting up at 5am every single day. Sometimes life got in the way or I just didn’t want to. But consistency, has elevated me to operate on a new level, with a higher sense of awareness, energy, motivation and mindset.
